Vermont Legalizes Marijuana, Supreme Court Accepts Endangered Frog Case, Amish Ordered To Use Sewer Plant, Autopilot Liability!! AWESOME SHOW!

Vermont has become the first state in the nation to legalize marijuana legislatively. Gov. Phil Scott (R) signed a bill legalizing marijuana for adults age 21 and older. It allows for the possession of up to an ounce of marijuana, as well as two mature and four immature plants. The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider a case involving an endangered frog and regulations affecting private property. Amish family ordered by state appellate court to use electric sewer pump. The Cole Memo: What Is It? Rule 19. Temporary Operation of Marijuana Facility, Australia Selling Cannabis To The World!!

The Cole Memo was a document originally drafted by former US Attorney General James M. Cole in 2013. The Memo was sent out by Cole to all US attorneys published through the Department of Justice on August 29th, 2013. The theme of the memo was priorities that prosecutors and law enforcement should focus only on relating to state-legal cannabis operations. Michigan Emergency Regulations, Rule 19. (1) An applicant for a state operating license may temporarily operate a proposed marijuana facility in the State of Michigan, that would otherwise require a state operating license if certain conditions are met. LARA Releases Medical Marijuana Emergency Rules, Capitalization Requirements, Proper Interlock Use, AWESOME SHOW!!

The Department of licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) has issued emergency administrative rules for the purpose of implementing the Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA). The emergency rules are needed to enable LARA, through its Bureau of Medical Marijuana Regulation (BMMR), to fully implement the MMFLA. Also, discussed in this episode are the capitalization requirements in which an applicant shall disclose to operate and maintain a marijuana facility. Craig and Todd also cover some of the issues regarding proper interlock use as well as other topics together with a touch of humor and awesome music, Enjoy!!
