A driver of a rented vehicle who is not an authorized driver under the rental agreement may have an expectation of privacy in the vehicle. Vehicles may be searched without warrant if one of the exceptions to a warrantless search exist. In 1966, the U.S Supreme Court decided the historic case of Miranda v. Arizonia declaring that whenever a person is taken into police custody, before being questioned he or she must be told of the Fifth Amendment right not to make any self incriminating statements

How do I register a minor (under the age of 18) with the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP)? The parent or legal guardian of a minor patient (under 18) must submit, in one envelope a complete MMMP Minor Application Packet, which can be found on www.michigan.gov/mmp. The Driver License Compact is an interstate compact used by States of The United States to exchange information concerning license suspensions and traffic violations of non-residents and forward them to the state where they are licensed known as the home state.
